Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Team Gymnastics Coaches to join our Showtime Gymnastics team. As a Team Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for instructing and guiding gymnasts of all ages and skill levels in various gymnastics techniques and routines. Instructors should be demonstrate control over their class while maintaining a fun and inviting atmosphere. Your passion for gymnastics and ability to motivate and inspire athletes will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Instruct gymnasts on technique, form, and safety measures
• Demonstrate and explain gymnastics skills and routines
• Provide feedback and guidance to help gymnasts improve their performance
• Create a positive and supportive environment for gymnasts to learn and grow
• Ensure the safety of all gymnasts during practice sessions and competitions

Now hiring:

• USAG XCEL Gymnastics Coach to assist our successful XCEL Program
• Preteam and Level 2, 3and 4 Coach for our 2024-2025 Season

If Hired as a Team Coach, you are required to have or obtain USAG certification, including a background check. During the summer the hours will be different than the school year. You must have gymnastics experience or gymnastics team coaching experience.

• Excellent communication skills to effectively teach and motivate athletes. The ability to adapt coaching techniques to meet the needs of individual gymnasts. Having a positive attitude in all program areas. Regular attendance and punctuality are vital attributes for all employees. Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred
